"I threw it in the trash. First the mixing valve leaked like crazy. Then the bag itself leaked. I used it once and threw it away. Worst $100 I’ve ever spent. I tried to contact support and they never got back with me. Disappointing."

Faulty bag and poor customer service

"I purchased the MXXY Hydration Pack with 1. 5 Liter system in Jan 2024. I used only water for a few rides and it worked well. I recently went on a ride and put in electrolytes in the second bag and it stopped working. No water no electolytes - bummer of a ride. I reached out to customer support via contact us and no response - You need to fix this issue and provide better customer support"

When it worked it was good

"The pack worked just like the website claimed for one ride. Then the valve leaked all over the place. You can fiddle with it to get it to not leak for a couple minutes, but it inevitably leaks again. It’s always at the valve, it’s almost as if it doesn’t clamp tight enough to seal properly. Even if it works you have to baby it to not break it. You can’t be drinking while using the valve or the little rubber seals get messed up."

"MXXY Dual Bladder System Overall, I am very impressed with the MXXY dual bladder system. It is a well-designed and well-made product that is perfect for mountain biking, skiing, or any other activity where you need to stay hydrated and have access to electrolytes. The zip-together dual bladder system is a great idea and works very well. The bladders are secure and don't leak, and the opening is wide enough to fill with ice. The mixing valve is also very easy to use while riding, even while riding on semi-technical terrain. I really appreciate that the material used for the bladders is tasteless from the start. I've used other hydration bladders in the past that had a chemical taste, but the MXXY bladders are completely tasteless. The only minor criticism I have of the MXXY system is that it can be a little tricky to get the bladders into your backpack. You need to make sure that the feeder tubes don't get crimped, but this is not a major issue. Overall, I highly recommend the MXXY dual bladder system to anyone who is looking for a convenient and reliable way to stay hydrated while mountain biking, skiing, or doing any other activity. **Pros:** * Zip-together dual bladder system is secure and easy to use * Bladders are tasteless and easy to fill with ice * Mixing valve is easy to use while riding * Well-designed and well-made product **Cons:** * Can take an extra second to get the bladders into your backpack making sure it's all the way down and the feeder tubes are straight (minor issue)"

"I am obsessed with this product. Theres something magic about having acess to my hydration in one dial and not have to worry about bottles. I will say that the top chamber can run out quick if you dont watch it. id love a 1 liter or even 1.5 liter chamber"
